Questions shop owners ask
- Does it need internet?
- Yes, to save each sale. It uses very little data, so mobile data is enough.
- Which phones does it work on?
- Any Android phone or iPhone with a browser. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.
- Can several staff use it?
- Yes. Each person has their own login, and every sale shows who made it. Basic has 1 staff login, Pro has 5.
- Can I stop?
- Yes, any time. There’s no contract: you pay a month or a year at a time. If you close, we keep your records for 30 days.
- Is the app in Amharic?
- The screens are in English, in short plain words, and we show you around when we set it up. Ask IMS (Pro) understands questions in Amharic.
- Is my data safe?
- Only you and the people you add can see your shop. It’s backed up every 6 hours.
